WOSP360 learning and training programmes, including our WOSP360 Academy for Green, Blue and Black Belt Master Consultants and Advisors, are all Certified Professionals in their fields and thoroughly trained as part of the project development plan. Training includes learning proactive sustainability strategies, sustainability-based operational strategies, navigation programmes, and growth and maintenance systems for each technology delivery.

ASSISTANCE, SERVICES & MAINTENANCE

WOSP360 Water Systems ensures a world-class customised service, supported by our range of in-house and local technical and professionally skilled professionals, making us a reliable, flexible partnership with experienced personnel capable of conducting special services and dedicated assistance worldwide.

INSTALLATION & STARTUP

Our experienced engineers are exceptionally skilled in installing, start-up testing, and operating process systems and technologies, such as water production, distribution, analysis, and sustainability assessments.

WARRANTY

Operational assistance will be provided by our nationally well-trained and appointed service engineers and their staff. Any repairs will be carried out by our certified engineers available at our closest office. They directly provide repair and replacement of all kinds, including improvements and project escalations.

AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE

WOSP360 offers personalised diagnostic solutions, both remotely and on-site, through our trained staff for any technical assistance, including mobile-operated remote equipment with GPS systems, modular stand-alone units, and any integrated system to our customer’s satisfaction.

MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

A high efficiency level can only be guaranteed through regular system maintenance and the preservation of the initial quality of all technologies and systems from the first starting day of the system and their conditions.

We offer a WOSP360 maintenance contract covering a monthly inspection, either by satellite connection or online check; a quarterly – every three months online predictive systems check of all administrative data as a proactive operational check and systems control tailored to all customer’s needs and demands. The aim is to verify that each system component is working as designed and that the verification and constant compliance of the produced water with the applicable legal and sanitary requirements are provided.  

The operational and safety guarantee demands inspection by our dedicated technicians every six months, the inspection of critical components’ functionality and condition, including items and unit inspection, and verification of the water quality. Then, the whole system will be certified.
